Want to see what favourite products are in my vanity right now? I promise it’s only the best skin care products available in 2017 and most of them are for dry skin! Because I get a lot of products from companies, rather than doing a sponsored post or review, I wanted to talk about the stuff I am actually using, and why! Watch the full video here:
If you wrote a breakup-letter with the sun, what would it look like? Here’s mine.
I love your warmth, your cheer and your charm, but I am on to you, you hot temptress. I am thankful for your generosity in sharing all your Vitamin D with me, and for your contribution to my bountiful garden, but girl… you’ re hurting us and it’s time to stop! I have moved on from my golden-goddess goals and looking for other (safer) ways to feel fab around you. In the meantime, I’m rounding up a new #SummerSquad to get over you.
I hope we can still be friends though… I just need a bit of space.
Your old bestie,
This time of the year calls for the “Dryfecta”. It’s a brutal combination of the cold weather, the dry air from indoor heating and if you’re fortunate enough, post-vacation suntanned skin. That’s what I have right now. I just came back from my trip to Hawaii and I am in dire need of Vichy’s moisture cocoon routine to nurture and hydrate my dry skin back to good vibrant health. With a combination of drinking loads of water (using a fun bottle of course!), blasting a humidifier in every room, and hitting “loop” on my Vichy routine… I think I got this!
Hold the phone- it’s Christmas in 6 sleeps and I still haven’t done all my shopping! Yikes, talk about last-minute. Am I alone here, or what?
Personally, it’s not the shopping that takes time, it’s the thinking process. I actually take more time to choose the right gift for the person, because I believe strongly in the ‘thought’ that counts part. You will never see me aimlessly wandering the malls, looking for that perfect gift. I do a LOT of research online to find neat gift ideas, whether it’s the latest in gadget trends or even innovative beauty products that I could buy someone or put on my Christmas list.
