This Fall, Joe Fresh asked me to take part in the launch of their new extended (plus size) line and fall fashion trends. I styled some curvy women a few weeks back and presented the looks for a fashion segment on CTV Morning live. For the fall campaign, I also styled some looks for myself. The outfits that I am wearing are part of the standard sizing, although some items are available in the extended collection. Most items I am wearing are size XL.

Fall is in the air, and the crisp cool breeze reminds us that it’s time to switch things up in our wardrobe. Although a complete overhaul is not in the cards, sometimes a few key pieces are all you need to make the best of your wardrobe and for your collection to feel new and exciting again.
On September 19, I’ll be hosting a free Fall Fashion Preview at Vincent on Preston from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. I’ll be sharing my tricks and tips on styling and highlighting the must-have pieces to add to your wardrobe this season. R.S.V.P. NOW! Spaces are limited.
The weather has been cooling down these last few days, and finally I had an excuse to wear my new pink wool coat from Old Navy. I don’t see it online, so I apologize in advance 🙁 I guess it’s an in-store only item.
I felt pretty sharp and comfy going into work today, especially for a Monday morning! I only hope to be this inspired when I wake up tomorrow!
Outfit details
I wore a white shirt and black quilted joggers from H&M and my new Ecco kicks! My purse is from Danier (:( sad face because they are now closed) my shades are Bailey Nelson, and my necklace is from Canadian jewelry designer Biko, purchased at Vincent this weekend!
A big thank you to Alan Wainwright Photography for taking these pics!
From now til August 8, the infamous Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (#NSale) should be on your Ottawa to-do list! But of course, that’s only if you’re looking for NEW, never seen before, fall items at discount price.
I was invited for a peruse on Saturday, and decided to share some behind-the-scene pics on my Facebook page, because the quality didn’t seem good enough for my blog. Apparently, you all could care less about the quality…. you just wanted to see more pics of me in the changeroom!!! I felt like a digital barbie model (and I kind of like it! hahaha).
Here are some pics of my makeover in the beauty department and some terrible selfie pics of me modelling different outfits in my badly lit change room!
