For many different reasons, presenting a live TV segment is harder than it seems. Although the spot usually lasts between 4 to 7 minutes, it can take months to plan and loads of hours to coordinate the entire thing. Whether you’re presenting a fashion segment, as I typically do, or promoting a new product, or an upcoming event, the formula is pretty standard. Keeping your nerves calm, remembering your key messages, and nailing your set-up are just a few things to consider. Quite often, people seek my advice and ask me how to put together and present a tv segment. So for everyone’s benefit, I decided to share my tips on the most important things you need to do before you present a TV segment via a blog post!
You need to join me and jump on this fashion trend: the bell sleeve & frill dress
Today, I’m sharing my favourite bell sleeve dress fashion trend for winter 2017. Whether it comes in a blouse, sweater, jumper or dress, I want it all! It seems to make everything more elegant, more flirty and more fun. Although impractical at the office, and sometimes a pain under your jacket, my heart still longs for bell sleeves and frills all day long.
Winter fashion street style: leopard coat & black booties
If you were following my blog last year, you know that winter fashion street style inspiration currently on Instagram or Pinterest is not a true depiction of practical winter attire. With this in mind, I wanted to style something that was both exciting and warm, fun and functional!
I got together with Ottawa Photographer Kamara Morozuk, who doesn’t necessarily do street style photography (although she nailed it!) but has found her true passion in live concert photography. Her work is amazing! I love her spunky energy and her shooting style so much, that I want to keep her all to myself! So don’t visit her Instagram, ok?
