For my trip to Toronto a few weeks ago, I headed over to Merivale Vision Care to pull some sunglasses to help me style some looks. Merivale Vision Care, also known as EyeSeeYow on Instagram, is Ottawa’s premier destination for unique and stylish designer sunglasses and eyewear in the city. The staff is super friendly and the inventory is out of this world!

Every year, they organize a fundraiser event to support the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind. With every pair of glasses sold, Merivale Vision Care donates $25 towards this cause. In total, they have supported the training of 4 guide dogs, a very expensive and compressive program dedicated to only the very best dogs! This year’s event, Spring Bling, is happening on Thursday, May 11, 2017.

Spring Bling will feature a trunk show for Eco, Dior, Kate Spade and Tommy Hilfiger. A perfect mix of fashion and function, and something suitable for all budgets. Bring mom along this time and treat her to a pair of glasses for Mother’s Day!

Now for the juicy part! Here are the glasses I brought to Toronto with me.

Dior

These cat-eye Dior glasses are slightly oversized and iconically classic shades. They heighten any simply look and will stay with you forever! I have a HUGE soft spot for these babies.

Fendi

These fun and colourful Fendi sunglasses were a perfect way to add a little colour to my look. They were very light and ideal to drive around with. You can have fun with the colours and style your outfits accordingly.

Miumiu

These sparkly Miumiu sunglasses are everything! So much fun if you want to stand out in a crowd. I love the shiny details and the round lenses, which give me a modern disco diva look.
